BREAST + CHEST REJUVENATION WITH PRP
This procedure is done by injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the breasts and chest area to help correct symmetry, produce rounder cleavage, and restore sensitivity to the nipples. New collagen and fatty tissue are produced that restore volume and smooth texture to your skin.
PRP treatments are not new; they have been used in heart surgery, sports medicine, and wound care for years. Recently PRP has become a treatment in aesthetic medicine to improve the look of your chest and breasts.
Platelet-rich plasma or PRP is a concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein that comes from your whole blood. PRP is injected into the breast and will produce a slight lift, improve the appearance of stretch marks and scars, and improves the shape of your breast by triggering the endogenous growth of collagen and hyaluronic acid.
The procedure to harvest PRP is relatively easy. First, your blood is drawn from your arm, and the blood is put into a centrifuge. The centrifuge spins the blood to separate the plasma and cells. Treatment includes your aesthetician carefully injecting PRP into multiple places under your skin. The platelets break down, and growth factors are released. These growth factors begin the natural process of cell proliferation and tissue renewal.
There is little downtime, and the treatment is non-invasive. No general anesthesia is used, and no sensitivity tests are required. Results will be immediate and continue for up to six months.
